Welcome

Well, hello! Holotherbar here. We have finally arrived. The Ted Times, that is. What a strange journey I am on! That may sound a bit confusing. So let me try and explain. Between long delays, being dragged through hedges backwards, and meeting talking foxes (who knew?), I can tell you I’ve had quite the experience, and that’s only half of it! You see, although I am here now, we are not quite there yet, if you grasp my meaning, because this is only just the beginning. Despite having come a very long way, there is still far to go with so much more to tell you and characters for you to meet. So when they say whoever ‘they’ are, and of course, if ‘they’ can be trusted to be right, “that it’s better to have travelled than it is to have arrived”. I think it might explain my point, but I would add to this saying: “make sure you are always in or at the very least in very close proximity to the buffet car,” that way your journey, as I have found, will always be a much more pleasant and interesting one. 

Now I know what you are thinking, snacks? And yes, snacks are an important part of any journey; after all, who wants a grumbling tummy as a travelling companion? However, I have something quite different and equally as yummy in mind, actually something and someone quite different. They are your fellow traveller’s, by which I mean Chums, Friends, companions, which come is all shapes and sizes some come to sit next to you and others you can carry in your pocket or bag I’m talking about the people you will meet and the books that patiently wait to entertain you when you enter their magical world.  So, if music is the food of love, then Friendship is the buffet car where the music is playing and the dancing and laughter take place, and all your destinations become fun journeys.       

I hope this is one of those journeys for you and the beginnings of a friendship for us.
