Answers to some frequently asked questions.

Can I return personalised artwork?

Once commissioned personalised artwork can not be returned unless damaged. See full T&Cs.

How long will my artwork take to arrive

Once the order is complete and sent to our printers it will normally take 3-5 days via our partner’s tracking system. See full T&Cs.

How long will my personalised artwork take to arrive?

Normal 3-5 days from confirmation of design pdf.

What happens to my delivery if I am out or unable to take possession of it on that day?

1. Royal Mail will leave you a note with a reference code/ number. Follow their directions for re-delivery.

2. If you do not do this Royal Mail will return your print to our printers. You must contact them for re-delivery. Our printers are a third party.

How long will my card take to arrive?

They are sent via the Royal Mail first-class mailing system and usually take 24 hours from the time of your order.

My Order has not arrived!

Contact us immediately and we will sort the problem out for you.

Damage on arrival: All Damage to goods during transit are refundable with the exception of Personalised artwork see full T&CS

What is my data used for?

We only use your data to:

1. Make your experience more pleasant on our website.

2. Delivery of items bought.

3. Your data is not sold on by us to other parties.

Are your products ecologically sound?

A resounding yes, from design through production to packaging. See our ecology and about us page.

Can I talk to a real person if I call you?

Yes calls will be answered by a real person between 9 am and 4 pm. We are a small company so should you call after these times or be answered by our message machine you will receive a callback.
