Refund and Returns Policy
Returns Policy and Damage: Wall Art
In the event that your print is damaged in any way upon receipt, please contact Studio One Frames as soon as possible. We or they cannot be held responsible for any damage to, discrepancies in or shortages of delivered materials unless notified within 48 hours of receipt.
Any claims for damages must be supported by photographic evidence and we/they reserve the right and request the return of the damaged article, which they will arrange the collection of. Claims of this nature will be limited to the cost of the order on non-personalised artworks and replacement ONLY on personalised artworks. Once personalised artworks have been ordered and agreed by you to be correct on the order form no refund will be possible and No actions will be taken by Studio One Frames without photographic proof or the receipt of the damaged item when replacing said item.
Any items returned to Studio One Frames will be destroyed after investigation.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the price you have paid for the goods by means of your original payment method.
Alternatively, we may offer to reprint and resend the item free of charge. Please note in this instance replacements will be sent using Royal Mail First Class delivery or our courier where appropriate.
Please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and a reprint.
Personalised Artwork will not be refunded due to any errors made by You prior to or during the ordering/confirmation/purchase.
