We reserve the right to send special offers and newsletters to account holders’ email addresses, with an instant unsubscribe option available.

Placing an Order

The placing of an order online, via email, in person or by phone constitutes acceptance of prices shown on our website and you will be held liable for the full order value.

As all of our prints are made to order, in the event that you wish to cancel or amend an order please contact us within 24 hours. If you fail to do so and work has commenced on your order we will not offer any monetary compensation and you will be held liable for payment in full. Whilst we make every effort to identify obvious errors on order forms all information contained within your order form must be accurate and exact. We will not accept liability for missed or inaccurate information resulting in a final print product, which does not meet your satisfaction. In this instance provided by J.P.B Creatives Limited The Ted Times has executed your order, as per your order form instructions you will be held liable for payment in full.

Prices and Payment

All rates, prices and discounts quoted or published at thetedtimes.com are subject to variation at any time prior to acceptance of your order. All prices quoted include VAT. VAT applies to all transactions for goods or services at the current applicable rate at the time of purchase.

All of our personalised orders are “Made to Order” and therefore all goods are sold on a non-cancellation basis once delivered. Payment is required upon receipt of invoice, online pay structure, debit or credit card in full. Goods remain the property of JPB Creatives, the ted times until the order is paid in full. If we do not receive payment in full on line, the order will not be processes and if delayed payment is incurred then within a period of 1 calendar month your details will automatically be passed to our debt recovery agents for collection. In doing you may be liable for further costs to include court fees and an appropriate level of compensation as set by our debt recovery partners or a court of law.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all payments and balance of payments are made and failure to do so may negate your order or result in delayed delivery of your order and prevent further orders from being accepted.
